HIMALAYAS is a NYC scatter band founded by Kenny Wollesen, Jennifer Harris & Jonathon Haffner in the mid-aughts. The founding principle of the band is everyone is welcome to join the band, no matter what instrument you play, level of ability or experience. All that is necessary is showing up. Rehearsals & set lists are for amateurs!!! All that matters in the HIMALAYAS is the here and now! The second the music snaps in to place BOOMS ricochet off the brick and glass jungle. Performer and audience dissolve and melt into one spectacular glimpse of cosmic harmony.
